Lance came to TIMCO with over 21 years of commercial aviation experience in maintenance and engineering from United Airlines. While at United, he gained a multitude of diverse experiences in aviation maintenance holding posts in engineering, airframe overhaul, line maintenance operations, accident investigation and corporate management. In the United Services division of United, Lance held positions of leadership in marketing, line maintenance operations and government programs.  Lance holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute as well as an FAA Airframe & Powerplant license.
